Trophies were awarded for First Place, Second Place and Third
Place in the several classes of Volkswagens displayed at Mills
Pond Park, Fort Lauderdale, on Sunday, March 25, 2007.

Our previous webmaster, a genius on the internet, departed
South Florida after his home was destroyed by Hurricane
Wilma. The replacement webmaster, a rank amateur, is very
limited in his abilities with websites. Therefore, only
the special prizes and prize winners will be mentioned in
this updating of the website of the South Florida VW Club.

Julian Nodarse, No. 29, won the Best Paint trophy
with his 1973 Beetle.




Manuel Rodriguez, No. 32, won the Best Interior trophy
with his 1953 Beetle.

Robert Ferguson, No. 18, won the Best Engine trophy
with his four-seater rail.

James Larrey, No. 66, won the Best Air-Cooled Volkswagen
award with his 1952 Beetle with a sunroof.

Hairon Molina, No. 77, won the Best Water-Cooled
Volkswagen award with his 1993 Corrada.

Richard de Moliner, No. 82, won the President's Choice
award with his 1950 Beetle.

Manuel Rodriguez, No. 32, won the Sponsor's Choice
award with his 1956 Beetle.
