SFVWC was lucky enough to be invited to the Kickoff of the City of Fort
Lauderdale's Bank of America Starlight Musicals 25th Anniversary celebration
featuring the "Hello Goodbye Band." These current day Beatles entertained
us with a stellar performance of all our favorite tunes.
The South Florida VW Club thanks Todd & the City
for including us in this wonderful event (not to mention the VIP Parking).

Club members and VW enthusiasts arrive, & go thru their monthly reuniting ritual
of inspecting each other's VWs and the inevitable VW "tech talk."

Despite the cloudy skies, not a drop of rain fell and the breeze was wonderful.
These pics don't do the size of the turnout justice because the organizers take
the "starlight" seriously (no lights on) and it was too dark to take pictures
during most of the event. It really was an enjoyable evening for all and
the club thanks so many of the patrons for their great comments and appreciation
of our cars.
And some just never get enough!
